FAQ
How do I pay?
Only with Robux. We don't take PayPal, cards or crypto. Prices are shown before Roblox's tax, so the amount you send is a bit higher. Open a ticket in our Discord and we'll tell you exactly how to send the Robux for your product.
How is my product delivered?
Everything is delivered through Discord. Once your payment is confirmed, the files are sent in your ticket.
What files do I get?
It depends on the product. Usually you get a Roblox place file (.rbxl) or model file (.rbxm) with everything shown in the video. Each product's page lists what's included. If you're unsure, ask in your ticket before paying.
Do you offer support?
Yes. If something doesn't work the way it's shown, open a ticket in our Discord and we'll help you get it running.
